Size 27.2-29.2mm. However check with caliper, as I waste time and money for buying wrong size advised on web forum and in bike shop. In my case telescopic bottom tube internal diameter is no 29.8mm as standard Brompton tube but 29.2mmm

I bought it from eBay as it is not very popular size.
After folding Brompton is about 20cm higher.
I accept it as for a train trip quick release clamp let me quickly take off saddle and fit to Dimpa bag with Brompton.

seems theyve changed the diameter of the telescoping part of the brompton tube (the bit u replace with the thudbuster), the one i just bought for this has a diameter of 26.8mm. will measure the inside of the fixed part (the bit u plug the thudbuster into) and see if thats different but looks like this isnt possible on the newer brompton posts
